Since its founding in 1934, Monni Srl has always been in step with the times and indeed has always retained its market present, thanks to the inventiveness of its staff.

As also described in the Company’s Quality Manual, the primary goal is complete customer satisfaction:
- This presupposes complete orientation to the client’s needs, ensuring the required level of quality, maintaining the quality achieved, and thus creating an image of efficiency, capacity and commercial reliability.
- Today, all our resources are, and will be, dedicated to achieving these objectives. Therefore, another one of the Company goals is to keep a staff of professionally trained persons – perhaps, our main business asset!
In addition, another objective is to spread the corporate culture of an open mind, open to continuous improvement. We will continue our investment in training courses.
